Since 2009, LARES has been using an online system for managing conferences, in order to facilitate the participation of participants, streamline communications and availability of information in different languages and give more visibility to published articles. We believe that the continued use of the system will benefit the entire community, since all information is preserved in a consistent and appropriate way, contributing to the continuity of LARES work. Navigating the site is free, and you can find information about the current conference and events of previous years.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPERS FORMATTING/SUBMISSION
The Proceedings of the event will be published in electronic media, including the full version of all papers presented. It is therefore extremely important that the preparation of the digital version of your contribution be in accordance with the instructions below.
The reviewers appointed by the Scientific Committee will have access to the electronic copies of each work, for the corresponding review. The work may be accepted subject to revision by its authors for their final acceptance and inclusion in the Proceedings
- The full paper might be written in English, Portuguese or Spanish, according to the formatting template available.
- Click here to download the DOC model that contains all the formatting necessary to prepare the final manuscript.
- The English translation of the title (Title), abstract (Abstract) and keywords (key-words), for authors who prepare the work in Portuguese or Spanish is required.
- The article should be written on A4 paper and the top, bottom and left to be 2.5 cm and the right, 2 cm. Do not enter letters or put pictures or photos outside the area.
- It is recommended (not obligatory) that the article had about 12 pages in total. Exceptions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, when necessary.
The article must be submitted in MS Word file (doc format) or its version in PDF

Items received after deadline or nonstandard might not be published in Proceedings

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
It is NOT necessary to prepare an abstract in a MS-Word document type in and then submit it. Simply register on the site as 'Author', and fill in the fields with your submission, following the steps below:
Papers written in PORTUGUESE or SPANISH
In the case of submission in Portuguese or Spanish, it is also needed to develop a version of the abstract (only the resume) in English.After logging in as Author, continue with the following steps:
1. With the field "Form Language" selected in "Portuguese (Brazil)" or "Spanish", fill in the TITLE and ABSTRACT article in the appropriate fields;
2. BEFORE you click "Save and Continue", change the field "language" form for "English";
3. Fill in the title and abstract of the article in its translated version in English in the appropriate fields;
4. Click "Save and Continue" to proceed and complete the process.
Papers written in ENGLISH
After logging in as Author, continue with the following steps:
1. With the field "Form Language" selected in "English", fill in the TITLE and ABSTRACT article in the appropriate fields;
2. Click "Save and Continue" to proceed and complete the process.
